At TitanX, we ship our industrial equipment using trusted LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers, primarily XPO Logistics, to ensure safe, reliable delivery of large and heavy machinery.

Shipping Method


  • All TitanX industrial machines are shipped via LTL freight

  • Primary carrier: XPO Logistics

  • Shipments are palletized and securely packaged for transit

  • Freight delivery is curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged

Order Processing & Transit Time


  • Orders typically ship within 1 business days after payment confirmation

  • Transit time is usually 3–5 business days, depending on destination

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email

Please note: Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or regional delays.

Delivery Requirements


  • A commercial or residential address accessible by freight truck is required

  • Customer must be available to receive delivery during the scheduled delivery window

  • Liftgate service is required if you do not have a loading dock or forklift


    Liftgate service must be selected at checkout (if applicable)


Failure to disclose delivery requirements may result in additional carrier fees.

Inspection Upon Delivery (IMPORTANT)

Customers are required to inspect the shipment at delivery before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).

  • Note any damage or shortages clearly on the delivery receipt

  • Take photos of any damage before accepting the shipment

Do not sign for the shipment as “received in good condition” if damage is present.

  • Claims reported outside this window may be denied by the carrier

  • TitanX will assist with the freight claim process when properly documented

TitanX 3-Year Limited Product Warranty

Ride On/Walk behind Industrial Floor Scrubbers

Warranty Coverage

TitanX warrants that all TitanX Ride On Floor Scrubbers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non transferable.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, TitanX will, at its discretion, repair or replace any component found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, at no cost for parts.

Labor & Service


  • Warranty coverage includes replacement parts at no additional cost. At TitanX Industrial’s discretion, an authorized service technician may be dispatched to your location, with eligible service costs covered by TitanX Industrial.

  • Structural frame and chassis
  • Drive motors and traction system
  • Brush motor and scrub deck assembly
  • Control panel and electrical wiring
  • Solution and recovery tanks
  • Factory installed electronic components

Battery Warranty

  • Batteries are covered for 12 months from the original purchase date.
  • Battery damage caused by improper charging, deep discharge, neglect, freezing, or use of non-approved chargers is not covered.

What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear items, including:


    Brushes, pads, squeegee blades, hoses, filters, belts etc.


  • Damage caused by:


    Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation


    Failure to perform routine maintenance


    Use of non-TitanX or non-approved replacement parts


    Unauthorized repairs or modifications


    Accidents, impact, water damage, fire, or environmental conditions


  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
  • Freight damage not reported at time of delivery

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:

  1. Provide proof of purchase
  2. Provide machine serial number
  3. Describe the issue and provide photos or videos if requested
  4. Contact TitanX® Technical Support before performing any repairs

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.

Limitation of Liability

TitanX shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of use
  • Loss of profits
  • Downtime
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by TitanX and replaces all other expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the product was originally purchased.

TitanX Industrial Returns & Refunds Policy

At TitanX Industrial, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and want our customers to purchase with confidence. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.

30-Day Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of the date their order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:


  • Be unused and uninstalled

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include all original accessories, components, manuals, chargers, and documentation

  • Be returned in its original packaging and shipping materials

  • Show no signs of use, damage, modification, misuse, or excessive wear

Equipment that has been used, operated, installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or otherwise placed into service is not eligible for a standard return.

Return Authorization

All returns require prior authorization from TitanX Industrial.

Please do not ship equipment back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping & Freight

Unless the return is the result of an error by TitanX Industrial or a verified issue covered by TitanX, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product, including freight, shipping, packaging, insurance, and related transportation charges.

Because commercial floor-cleaning equipment is large and heavy, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable freight service.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the equipment is properly packaged and secured for return transportation.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping, freight, expedited shipping, liftgate, residential delivery, inside delivery, redelivery, storage, and other special freight-service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by TitanX Industrial.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns, including refused shipments or orders requiring additional inspection, handling, repackaging, or processing.

Any applicable restocking fee will be communicated as part of the return authorization process.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive an incorrect product, contact TitanX Industrial as soon as possible at sales@titanxindustrial.com or (888) 488-7175.

Please retain the original packaging and provide photographs or other documentation when requested. TitanX will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Damage caused after delivery, improper operation, misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear is not considered shipping damage and may instead be subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received, TitanX Industrial will inspect the equipment to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

If the return is approved, the refund will generally be processed within 5–10 business days following inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Shipping charges, freight charges, applicable restocking fees, damage, missing components, or other non-refundable charges may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund after it has been issued by TitanX Industrial.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible product for another TitanX model, please contact our team. Exchanges are subject to product availability, return eligibility, price differences, and applicable shipping or freight charges.

Warranty Claims

The return policy is separate from the TitanX Industrial warranty.

If your equipment develops a covered issue after it has been placed into service, please contact TitanX Industrial for warranty assistance rather than initiating a standard return.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact TitanX Industrial as soon as possible.

Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be eligible for cancellation. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, picked up by a carrier, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order may be subject to the standard return process and applicable freight charges.

I’ve been very happy with the TitanX HELIOS 20" Self-Propelled Walk-Behind Commercial Floor Scrubber. The machine works great and I haven’t had any issues with it. It does an excellent job cleaning the floors and has made our cleaning process much faster and more efficient.

The customer service from the TitanX team has also been great. When I first received the machine, they took the time to walk me through how to operate it step by step and answered all of my questions. They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood how everything worked before I started using it. I really appreciated having that kind of support.
