Freight Inspection Checklist

TitanX machines ship via LTL freight (often XPO Logistics). Follow these steps at delivery to protect your shipment and ensure quick resolution if anything is wrong.

Curbside delivery Note damage on BOL Report within 48 hours
  • Inspect before signing: check pallet, crate, bands, and packaging for dents, tears, crushed corners, or punctures.

  • Take photos: capture the pallet from multiple angles, plus close-ups of any damage before acceptance.

  • Note it on the delivery receipt (BOL): write “DAMAGED” and describe the issue (e.g., “crate puncture,” “corner crushed”).

  • Don’t sign “received in good condition” if there is visible damage. This can limit carrier claim options.

  • Report within 48 hours: email photos and a short description so we can assist quickly with next steps.

Reminder: If the packaging looks compromised, document it and note it on the BOL before signing. This helps ensure the fastest resolution. TitanX Support Ready to Help
