Ride On/Walk behind Industrial Floor Scrubbers

Warranty Coverage

TitanX warrants that all TitanX Ride On Floor Scrubbers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non transferable.

What Is Covered

During the warranty period, TitanX will, at its discretion, repair or replace any component found to be defective due to manufacturing faults, at no cost for parts.

Labor & Service

• Warranty coverage includes replacement parts at no additional cost. At TitanX Industrial’s discretion, an authorized service technician may be dispatched to your location, with eligible service costs covered by TitanX Industrial.

Covered Components

• Structural frame and chassis
  
• Drive motors and traction system
  
• Brush motor and scrub deck assembly
  
• Control panel and electrical wiring
  
• Solution and recovery tanks
  
• Factory installed electronic components
  

Battery Warranty

• Batteries are covered for 12 months from the original purchase date.
  
• Battery damage caused by improper charging, deep discharge, neglect, freezing, or use of non-approved chargers is not covered.
  

What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear items, including:
  
  
  Brushes, pads, squeegee blades, hoses, filters, belts etc.
  
  
  
• Damage caused by:
  
  
  Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper operation
  
  
  Failure to perform routine maintenance
  
  
  Use of non-TitanX or non-approved replacement parts
  
  
  Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  
  
  Accidents, impact, water damage, fire, or environmental conditions
  
  
  
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect performance
  
• Freight damage not reported at time of delivery
  

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must:

1. Provide proof of purchase
   
2. Provide machine serial number
   
3. Describe the issue and provide photos or videos if requested
   
4. Contact TitanX® Technical Support before performing any repairs
   

Unauthorized repairs may void the warranty.

Limitation of Liability

TitanX shall not be liable for:

• Loss of use
  
• Loss of profits
  
• Downtime
  
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by TitanX and replaces all other expressed or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which the product was originally purchased.
