What is Shop Pay Installments?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly installment payments with 0% APR, or monthly installments with no hidden or late fees. Shop Pay Installments is offered in partnership with Affirm.
Can I finance a machine?
Yes, if you meet the eligibility requirements and Affirm approves the purchase. Each machine is priced within the monthly payment range of $150 to $30,000. Pay in 4 covers orders from $50 to $999.99, so it applies to parts and kits rather than machines. You see the plans and rates available to you at checkout, before you confirm.
Will applying affect my credit score?
Applying has no impact on your credit. Once you make a purchase, your loan and payment history might be shared with credit reporting agencies and might affect your credit.
Are there late fees?
No. There are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment, though a late or partial payment might affect your credit or your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. You can also pay off your balance early with no penalty.
Which cards can I use?
Debit cards work for every plan. Credit cards are accepted only on plans of 4 payments, so monthly payments need a debit card. Capital One and Chase credit cards and prepaid cards are not accepted.
Who can use Shop Pay Installments?
You need a Shop Pay account, a U.S. home address and a card with a U.S. billing address, and you must be at least 18 in most states. Orders cannot ship to a P.O. box or APO address, and Shop Pay Installments can't be used for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. Affirm makes the final approval decision on each purchase.
