Refund Policy
Overview
At TitanX, we stand behind the quality of our industrial floor scrubbers. We understand that purchasing commercial cleaning equipment is a significant investment, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The floor scrubber must be in its original condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories
- The equipment must not show signs of use, damage, or modification
- All serial numbers and identification labels must be intact and unaltered
- Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) must be provided
Refund Timeframe
Standard Refund Period: 30 days from the date of delivery
Extended Evaluation Period: For commercial buyers purchasing multiple units, we offer a 45-day evaluation period. Please contact our sales team for details.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number - Returns without an RA number will not be accepted
- Package the equipment securely in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation
- Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided by our team
- Refund processing begins once we receive and inspect the returned equipment
Refund Conditions
Inspection: All returned floor scrubbers will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will only be issued if the equipment meets our return criteria.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of opened or assembled equipment.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom-ordered or specially configured floor scrubbers
- Equipment that has been used, operated, or shows signs of wear
- Accessories, parts, or consumables that have been opened or used
- Equipment purchased during clearance or final sale events
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Shipping Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value equipment. TitanX is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Freight Returns: For large floor scrubbers requiring freight shipping, please contact us to arrange pickup and obtain a shipping quote.
Damaged or Defective Equipment
If you receive a damaged or defective floor scrubber:
- Inspect upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
- Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damage
- Do not discard packaging - it may be needed for inspection or return
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping
All TitanX floor scrubbers are covered by our manufacturer warranty. Defects covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced according to warranty terms.
